PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS PROFESSIONAL COURSE

CURRENTLY EMPLOYED COMMUNICATORS

Proven Ways is very pleased to introduce the “Public Safety Communications Professional” Program. This full service training program is designed for Emergency Services Communications Centre(s). We have developed a series of courses appropriate to both students interested in pursuing a career in Public Safety as well as experienced Communicators. These courses were designed to be taken separately as stand alone sessions. These courses are designed to allow students to:

• Attend training in convenient short sessions
• Take any course in any order at any time

Due to our unique relationship with colleges, we are able to concentrate on the information required for you to excel in your chosen career. These courses will be delivered during an eight hour day, the higher level Critical Call Managemet courses are designed to be one or two days in length to accommodate busy Communications Centre’s schedules and allow various personnel to obtain training without long absences hampering operations.

Students will receive recognition of completing each course.
